By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the terms below, whether you read them or not.

General Terms

• We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. Please review them before every order.
• Placing a duplicate order on a link that already has an order in process is at your own risk — no refunds for such orders.
• Refills are not available after a username change.
• Always take a refill before placing a new order — we do not refill old drops.
• New orders & refills always finish according to start count & end count — your own new followers/views are included in that count.
• If you change the link on any running order, no refill / no refund will be given under any circumstances.
• Please make sure your account or post is not private before ordering.
• For refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests, your link must be correct and your account must be public — no support for incorrect/private links.
• For refill, cancellation, or speed-up requests, your order status must be above the start count, otherwise the request will not work.
• Don't use "no refill" services if you want a 100% guarantee — no support is provided for those services.
• We are responsible for any issue on guarantee services and will resolve it as soon as possible.
• Save me smm does not guarantee an exact delivery time — estimates are only estimates, and orders that are still processing will not be refunded for taking longer than expected.
• Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Our payment/refund policy stays in effect even if rates change.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
• Liability: We are in no way liable for any account suspension or content removal done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other platform.

Refill System

• No refill is provided for a 1% drop — the refill system only applies at 2% drop or more. Example: if you get 1000 subscribers and 5 drop, no refill; but if 10 out of 1000 drop, refill applies.
• For a refill, your order's link must be correct and the account must be public — no refill for incorrect or private links.
• How the refill system works: Start count 500 + Quantity 500 = 1000 expected total. If your current count is below 1000, refill is possible; if it's already at or above 1000, it is not.

Order Issue Support

If you have an order issue, our team will try our best to help — please don't spam the support team repeatedly. Support is not available for "no refill" services, and abusive language toward our team may result in account suspension.

Refund Policy

If an order issue isn't resolved within 24 hours, funds are automatically refunded to your panel account. You can then choose:
A) Use the refunded balance on an alternative service, or
B) Request a full refund via live chat (processed within 1–24 hours, no deductions).

For funding issues, reach us via live chat or support (daily, 11am–1am). If there's no response, our team will contact you promptly.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and take every measure to protect your personal information. Any information we receive is only used to fulfill your order — we never sell or redistribute your data to anyone. We work only with legal representatives who value the protection of personal information.
